Use of Roomilo signifies acceptance of these terms for the duration of your access to the service.
If you use Roomilo on behalf of a company, team, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.
Service Overview
Roomilo provides AI-assisted interior design, room makeover, renovation concept, exterior styling, and related visualization tools delivered through mobile apps, websites, and supporting infrastructure operated by Big Whale Ltd.
Features may include photo upload, prompt-based editing, style presets, generation history, save and export tools, subscription features, and other functionality that may evolve over time.
Roomilo may impose usage limits, generation limits, storage limits, or feature access limits based on plan type, geography, technical capacity, abuse-prevention controls, or other operational requirements.
Accounts and Eligibility
Some Roomilo features may require an account, current contact details, or an active subscription. You are responsible for account activity that occurs through your credentials.
You agree to provide accurate information and keep it current so that Roomilo can provide the service and support effectively.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for ensuring that your use of the service complies with applicable law and platform rules.
Permitted Use
Roomilo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the app for personal or internal business use in accordance with these terms.
Use of the service must remain lawful, respectful of third-party rights, and consistent with platform policies, intellectual property rules, and technical safeguards.
User Content
You retain ownership of content that you upload to Roomilo, subject to the rights needed for Big Whale Ltd. and its service providers to host, process, transmit, store, display, and transform that content in order to operate the service.
By uploading content, you confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to use that content with Roomilo.
You grant Big Whale Ltd. a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, transmit, store, modify, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, securing, improving, and supporting Roomilo.
AI-Generated Results
Roomilo generates visual concepts and design outputs using automated systems. Generated results may vary in quality, accuracy, realism, and usefulness.
Roomilo outputs are intended for inspiration, visualization, and planning support. They do not constitute architectural, engineering, construction, interior design, legal, financial, or safety advice.
You remain responsible for evaluating whether any generated suggestion, layout, material choice, furniture placement, color palette, or renovation concept is appropriate for your actual property, budget, safety conditions, or legal requirements.
Restrictions
You may not misuse Roomilo through unauthorized access, automated abuse, malicious interference, scraping, resale of restricted access, unlawful content generation, or attempts to extract source code, models, prompts, or protected systems except where law expressly permits.
You may not upload content that violates law, infringes intellectual property or privacy rights, contains harmful or abusive material, or is intended to bypass safety controls or platform restrictions.
You may not use Roomilo to impersonate others, harvest data from other users, generate unlawful or deceptive materials, or overload the platform through bots or unauthorized automation.
Violation of these restrictions may lead to suspension, removal of content, cancellation of access, or termination of the service relationship.
Subscriptions and Renewals
Paid features may be offered as one-time purchases or recurring subscriptions. Pricing, billing cadence, trial availability, and renewal conditions are presented at the point of purchase.
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with the rules of the relevant app store or payment provider.
Subscription cancellation, renewal, billing timing, and refund handling follow the rules of the platform or payment provider that processes the transaction.
Trials, Promotions, and Price Changes
Roomilo may offer free trials, promotional pricing, introductory offers, coupons, or limited feature access at our discretion and subject to any conditions presented at the time of the offer.
Big Whale Ltd. may change pricing, packaging, feature availability, or subscription structure in the future, subject to platform rules and applicable law.

Roomilo, including its software, design, branding, content, and related materials, is owned by Big Whale Ltd. or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These terms grant access to the service and do not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
You may not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, frame, mirror, adapt, or create derivative works from protected elements of Roomilo except where law expressly permits.
Third-Party Services
Roomilo may integrate with third-party infrastructure, analytics tools, payment providers, app stores, and other service partners.
Your interactions with those services remain governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Big Whale Ltd. is not responsible for the availability, pricing, functionality, or content of third-party services that Roomilo depends on or links to.
Service Availability
Roomilo may evolve, pause, or discontinue certain features at any time as part of product maintenance, improvement, security response, or operational changes.
Availability may vary across devices, operating systems, hardware capabilities, and regions.
Big Whale Ltd. may modify generation limits, supported file types, quality levels, export formats, or supported plans to maintain service performance or align with business priorities.
Disclaimer and Liability
Roomilo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Big Whale Ltd. does not guarantee that generated design concepts will meet your expectations, comply with local building rules, match real-world measurements, or produce a specific renovation or decoration outcome.
Big Whale Ltd. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of Roomilo, reliance on generated outputs, or inability to access the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, any total liability of Big Whale Ltd. arising from or relating to Roomilo will be limited to the amount you paid to use the service during the period specified by applicable law, or the minimum amount required by law where a different limit is required.
Termination
Big Whale Ltd. may suspend or terminate access to Roomilo when necessary to protect the service, enforce these terms, comply with law, or respond to abuse or security risk.
You may stop using Roomilo at any time and may cancel eligible subscriptions through the platform or payment provider that manages billing.
Terms relating to billing, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute handling survive termination where applicable.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Big Whale Ltd., its affiliates, and its service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of Roomilo, your content, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.
Changes to the Service or Terms
Big Whale Ltd. may update Roomilo, revise product features, change subscription offerings, or update these Terms of Service from time to time.
Continued use of Roomilo after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
